While it may seem like a good idea to use your main website for reaching out to prospects, this can cause a problem down the line by lowering the reputation of your domain which in turn leads to your emails landing in spam.

Why is it? Because, though the cold email campaigns have the potential to attract a lot of leads, there will definitely be atleast a small percentage of people who respond negatively or mark you as spam.

Main problem is not some of your outreach emails going to spam, rather the fact that most of your important customer, vendor and employee interactions done from the main website will not land in the inbox of the recipient.

This is a risk you do not want to take as a business. That’s why we never use the main domain for sending emails, and instead use secondary domains for outreach purposes. At the worst case, we might need to dispose some of these domains 9 to 12 months down the line. But that’s zero risk as a business.

We also use only one email account per domain and send very low volume of outreach per day, in order to maximize deliverability.

In summary, this structure is designed in the best interest of your business. Feel free to reach out to our team with any questions!
